NIVEA has witnessed the blooming of China's economy after the Opening Policy.
Our roots go back to the first patent for Mr. Paul Beiersdorf in 1882, from a small Hamburg pharmacy. Early in 1937, NIVEA was recognized among Chinese consumers. On Jun 8th, 1994, NIVEA was founded as a JV company in Shanghai. And in 2001, we became a wholly owned affiliate of Beiersdorf Group.
In 2007, we acquired C-BONS Hair Care, and became the Greater China Region.
